Honeywell Miller® arc-rated products are designed to protect workers from falls caused by electric arc-flash and arc-blast exposure when working at heights or in confined space applications near energized electrical sources. The kit includes Kevlar®/Nomex® Miller® DualTech™ webbing, featuring a patent-pending 10,000 lb. tensile strength engineered with permanent fire retardant (FR) properties. This webbing combines the durability and FR characteristics of Kevlar® on the outer side with softer FR Nomex® on the inside for added comfort, ensuring superior arc protection and durability compared to nylon webbing. The PivotLink™ design permits unmatched freedom of motion and comfort, while unique cam buckles allow for easy two-finger adjustments. Additionally, leather insulators under all metal hardware provide extra protection for the worker, and the Kevlar® web loop on the back pad enables a "metal-less" connection when paired with a Kevlar® shock-absorbing lanyard featuring a choke-off loop. The products meet OSHA, ANSI, and CSA certifications, and include a D-ring made of steel and webbing fashioned from polyester.
