Chem-Crest 211 is a multipurpose, heavy-duty, phosphate and caustic-free alkaline liquid cleaner designed for efficient removal of various contaminants such as oils, greases, and particulate matter across industrial, mechanical, and maintenance cleaning operations. It is freely water soluble and formulated to inhibit flash rusting, making it safe for use on a variety of substrates, including aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, and steels, as well as glass, plastics, hard rubber articles, and ceramics when used as directed. The cleaner is typically employed at a concentration of 3 - 10% by volume in ultrasonic applications, with normal operating temperatures ranging from 120 - 180°F based on the substrate material and type of contaminants, while the recommended rinsing water temperature is 120 - 150°F. Chem-Crest 211 effectively removes heavy oils, greases, tripoli, ceramic dust, lubricants, buffing and lapping compounds, fingerprints, airborne contaminants, light silicone oils, and ink markings. It is available in various packaging options, including cases of (4) x 1-gallon plastic bottles, 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon containers, and custom bulk sizes.
