Chem-Crest 2003 is a heavy-duty liquid detergent concentrate designed for a broad spectrum of applications, particularly effective in removing tough contaminants in the automotive industry, general maintenance cleaning, and heat exchangers. This product is mildly inhibited to prevent flash rusting and is free-rinsing. It demonstrates compatibility with various substrates, including copper, steels, glass, plastics, hard rubber articles, and ceramics, when used as directed, and can be utilized with aluminum for short exposure periods. The recommended usage concentration is 10% by volume in ultrasonic applications, with normal operating temperatures ranging from 120 to 180°F, depending on the substrate material and contaminants. The recommended rinsing water temperature is between 110 and 150°F. Chem-Crest 2003 effectively removes contaminants such as oils, greases, particulate matter, carbon residues, dried-on fuel, and crude fuel residues. It is available in cases containing (4) x 1-gallon plastic bottles, 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon containers, and custom bulk sizes.
