The Summit FF6LWPLUS2 is a 24" wide freestanding auto defrost all-refrigerator with a capacity of 5.5 cu.ft. Designed and manufactured in Europe, it features a white exterior finish and comes equipped with a keyed lock positioned at the top of the door for security. A digital thermostat located in the kickplate allows for easy and precise temperature management. This unit operates with automatic defrost and includes an internal fan for stabilized cooling. Inside, it offers adjustable wire shelves for flexible storage, along with door racks and an automatic light. The refrigerator includes a thermometer calibrated to NIST standards in an ISO/IEC 17025:2005 laboratory, displaying the current, minimum, and maximum temperatures to the nearest tenth degree in either Celsius or Fahrenheit. A buffered temperature probe stored in a glycol-filled bottle ensures accurate temperature readings that reflect the conditions of other stored contents. The FF6LWPLUS2 can be customized with various options such as data loggers and alarms. AccuCold's Plus2 series refrigerators are suitable for basic storage needs; however, for the storage of high-value vaccines, life science materials, medical, or clinical biologicals, products with enhanced design features for tighter temperature controls and monitoring are recommended. The thermostat of this unit is pre-set for Celsius, but it can be adjusted to Fahrenheit with the addition of option DTMEDF upon request.
