The Moldex 4600 4600N95 Series AirWave® N95 particulate respirator, available in medium/large size and packaged in a box of 10, features an exclusive adjustable SmartStrap™ for convenience and comfort. Designed for easier breathing and cool comfort, the AirWave® respirator incorporates a patented wave design that effectively increases air flow without a valve, along with a unique FlexFit® design that accommodates mouth movement for all-day comfort. The Dura-Mesh® shell offers bi-directional protection from external dirt and internal moisture, enhancing the mask's longevity. Key features include a larger filter surface area compared to similar respirators, a soft, adjustable cloth SmartStrap® for hanging the respirator, and a SoftSpun® lining that provides added comfort and durability. It includes a soft foam nose cushion, a pinch-free nose bridge, and is metal-free and 100% PVC-Free®. Additionally, the respirator meets heat and flame resistance standards in accordance with ANSI/ISEA 110-2003 section 7.11.1, making it ideal for environments where unvalved respirators are preferred.
