The Master Lock blind flange lockout device is a physical, best practice solution for pipeline maintenance, featuring an adjustable cup that ensures a secure fit while concealing and locking out access to the nuts that hold a blind in place. It is designed to allow multiple workers to lock out the device simultaneously, thanks to its four locking holes, which provide an effective lockout for safe maintenance. The device fully conceals flange bolts, preventing access to the blind until all work has been completed. It adapts to various flanged pipe applications, with a recommended use for nut diameters ranging from 3/4 inch to 1-1/8 inch (19 mm - 28.7 mm).
