The Master Lock® Blind Flange Lockout Device, Large, 3924 is designed as a physical lockout solution for pipeline maintenance, ensuring safety and compliance during work. It features an adjustable cup that securely fits and conceals the nuts holding a blind in place, preventing unauthorized access until all workers have removed their padlocks. With four locking holes, multiple workers can simultaneously lock out the device, promoting collaborative safety. The design fully conceals flange bolts, ensuring that the blind remains undisturbed until maintenance is completed. The adjustable device is suitable for various flanged pipe applications and accommodates nut diameters ranging from 3/4 inch to 1-1/8 inch (19 mm - 28.7 mm). Constructed from durable aluminum and hardened steel, it is built to withstand a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions.
