The Master Lock blind flange lockout device is an effective solution for pipeline maintenance, featuring an adjustable cup that ensures a secure fit while concealing and locking out access to the nuts securing a blind in place. This device allows workers to perform maintenance with confidence, as the blind cannot be removed until all workers have removed their padlocks. It includes four locking holes, enabling multiple workers to lock out the device simultaneously. The design fully conceals flange bolts, preventing access to the blind until all work is completed. The adjustable nature of the device allows for a tight fit, making it suitable for various flanged pipe applications with recommended nut diameters ranging from 3/4 in to 1-1/8 in (19 mm - 28.7 mm).
