The manhole cover lift system is designed for moving heavy manhole covers weighing up to 400 lb. safely and efficiently, minimizing the risk of injury to fingers, toes, and the back. This system features a patented adjustable dolly equipped with a four-position hook and a retractable handle with four lengths, providing excellent leverage even in confined spaces. Users can adjust the system to three angle positions (90°, 105°, or 120°) to suit various lifting scenarios. The safety latch hook enables a one-person operation, making it suitable for individuals of different heights, from 5'6" to 6'5". The kit includes an on/off rare earth permanent magnet, a handle that locks in both on and off positions, and is RFID enabled. It has a 3:1 design factor and conforms to ASME B30.20 standards. The steel adjustable dolly offers superior ergonomics and easily folds for storage. Additional features include a safety latch hook, 6" diameter wheels, and a design that reduces lost time injuries while facilitating fast and effortless cover movement.
