The Flux Wrap cooling jacket system is designed for 55-gallon drums and includes an insulation wrap, tubing, and connectors. This versatile solution allows for efficient cooling of various applications such as industrial products, food products, chemicals, spray foam, coatings, adhesives, fermentation systems, manufacturing materials, construction materials, and electric motors. The system can chill a wide range of materials in containers such as buckets, drums, IBC totes, and tanks, even in the absence of a heat exchanger. The cooling jacket wraps around the 55-gallon drum and connects to the inlet valve of an industrial chiller. When in operation, the white vinyl 1/2 inch insulation blanket is wrapped around the jacket to enhance performance. The chiller circulates hot or cold fluid through the Flux Wrap jacket, effectively regulating the temperature of the drum's contents. Key features include full coverage cooling for the 55-gallon drum, a proprietary multi-channel fluid path facilitating maximum flow with minimal pressure, an elastic strap design for improved thermal conductivity, and a conforming jacket to maintain thermal contact over uneven surfaces. The package also includes an insulated wrap for enhanced thermal control.
