The Flux Wrap cooling jacket system with insulation wrap, tubing, and connectors is specifically designed for a 15-gallon drum, providing a versatile and cost-effective solution for temperature control in various applications such as industrial products, food products, chemicals, spray foam, coatings, adhesives, fermentation systems, manufacturing materials, construction materials, and electric motors. The system includes a 15-gallon Flux Wrap jacket with an additional insulation wrap, allowing it to effectively chill a wide range of materials in buckets, drums, IBC totes, tanks, and other vessels, even in the absence of a heat exchanger. The proprietary multi-channel fluid path ensures maximum flow with minimal pressure, while the elastic strap design promotes good thermal conductivity between the jacket and the vessel. The jacket also conforms to a 5-gallon bucket to maintain thermal contact over uneven surfaces. For operation, users simply wrap the cooling jacket around their drum, connect the hoses to the industrial chiller's inlet valve, and wrap the included white vinyl 1/2 inch insulation blanket around the Flux Wrap to enhance performance. This system effectively regulates temperature-sensitive materials under both regular and hot conditions.
