The Flux Wrap Cooling Jacket System by North Slope Chillers is designed specifically for 5-gallon buckets and includes an insulation wrap, tubing, and connectors. This system provides a cost-effective solution for cooling a wide range of applications, such as industrial products, food items, chemicals, spray foam, coatings, adhesives, fermentation systems, manufacturing materials, construction materials, and electric motors. The Flux Wrap allows for effective temperature regulation in various vessels, including buckets, drums, IBC totes, and tanks, even in the absence of a heat exchanger. The cooling jacket simply wraps around the bucket, connecting to the inlet valve of an industrial chiller. An additional white vinyl 1/2 inch insulation blanket enhances performance when in use. The chiller circulates hot or cold fluid through the jacket, efficiently warming or chilling the contents. Key features include full coverage cooling, a proprietary multi-channel fluid path for optimal flow, and an elastic strap design that ensures good thermal conductivity, allowing the jacket to maintain thermal contact over uneven surfaces.
