The G-Tek® seamless knit nylon blend glove features a polyurethane-coated flat grip on the palm and fingers, designed for use in electronic and computer assembly, quality control, inspection, and general assembly. The kit includes gloves with a seamless knit nylon shell for enhanced comfort, finger dexterity, and breathability. The polyurethane coating provides a tactile grip in dry and slightly oily conditions, making these gloves suitable for applications requiring precise handling. The knit wrist design helps prevent dirt and debris from entering the glove, while the breathable back ensures comfort during wear. Each pair is packed for ease of distribution, and the gloves are silicone-free. For added convenience, this style is also available tri-folded and shrink-wrapped for dispensing through vending machines (33-B125V). The liner material is nylon, and the polyurethane coating offers good tactile sensitivity with thin material deposits that conform to the glove liner for flexibility. The flat grip provides high dexterity and tactile grip in various conditions. In compliance with EN 388 2016 standards, the glove exhibits the following performance results: Abrasion 4, Cut (Coupe test) 1, Tear 3, Puncture 1, and Impact protection X. The cut level is determined by the number of cycles required for a spinning blade to cut through the fabric under a constant weight of 500 grams. The gloves are also designed to minimize environmental impact with newer, water-based PU coatings.
