The G-Tek® seamless knit nylon blend glove features a polyurethane coated flat grip on the palm and fingers, making it suitable for electronic and computer assembly, quality control, inspection, and general assembly tasks. The seamless knit nylon blend shell enhances comfort, finger dexterity, and breathability, while the polyurethane coatings provide a tactile grip in dry and slightly oily conditions, essential for applications requiring precise handling. The knit wrist design helps prevent dirt and debris from entering the glove, and the breathable back contributes to overall comfort. The gloves are pair packed for ease of distribution and are silicone-free. Additionally, this style is available tri-folded and shrink-wrapped for convenient dispensing through vending machines (33-125V). The liner is made of nylon, offering increased comfort and flexibility. The polyurethane (PU) coating is noted for its durability and good tactile sensitivity, conforming closely to the glove liner. The flat grip coating ensures high dexterity and tactile grip under varied conditions. The gloves meet EN 388 2016 standards with results indicating an abrasion level of 4, a cut (coup test) level of 1, a tear level of 3, a puncture level of 1, and impact protection rated as X. The cut level is determined by the number of cycles required for a blade to cut through the glove material under a specified weight.
