The G-Tek® seamless knit nylon blend glove is designed with a polyurethane coated flat grip on the palm and fingers, making it suitable for electronic and computer assembly, quality control, inspection, and general assembly. This glove features a seamless knit nylon blend shell that enhances comfort, finger dexterity, and breathability. The polyurethane coating provides a tactile grip in dry and slightly oily conditions, ideal for tasks requiring precise handling. Additionally, the knit wrist helps to prevent dirt and debris from entering the glove, while the breathable back ensures comfort during use. The gloves are pair packed for ease of distribution and are silicone free. They can also be tri-folded and shrink-wrapped for convenient dispensing through vending machines (model 33-125V). The liner material consists of nylon, delivering increased comfort and dexterity, while the polyurethane coating is known for its durability and good tactile sensitivity. With a flat grip design, these gloves offer high dexterity in various conditions. The gloves meet the EN 388 2016 standard with an abrasion rating of 4, a cut (coupe test) rating of 1, a tear rating of 3, and a puncture rating of 1. The cut level is assessed based on the number of cycles required by a spinning circular blade to cut through the material under a constant weight of 500 grams, reflecting the glove's robustness and durability.
