The G-TEK® economy seamless knit nylon glove features a nitrile coated smooth grip on the palm and fingers, making it suitable for handling and assembly of parts and materials, equipment maintenance and repair, parts cleaning, and fastening and anchoring. The seamless knit nylon shell enhances comfort, finger dexterity, and breathability, while the breathable back adds to user comfort. The nitrile smooth/flat coatings are highly impermeable to liquids, providing a tacky dry grip for applications requiring secure holding power, and the knit wrist design helps prevent dirt and debris from entering the glove. It is available in a sustainable sock fold and rolled version (34-225SFR). The liner material is nylon, which offers increased comfort and dexterity. Nitrile, a synthetic rubber compound, provides excellent puncture, tear, and abrasion resistance, and is known for its resistance to hydrocarbon-based oils or solvents, making it ideal for industrial jobs involving oily parts. The grip is smooth, with options for nitrile and PVC coatings, ensuring a secure dry grip while keeping hands dry and clean. For performance metrics, the gloves meet EN 388 2016 standards with results of 4121X for abrasion (4), cut (coupe test) (1), tear (2), puncture (1), and cut (TDM-100 test) with impact protection rated as X. The cut level is determined by the cycles required to cut the fabric under specified conditions, and the ANSI abrasion level is 3, as per ASTM D3389-10. The ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 standard outlines test methods for abrasion, scored from 0-6.
