The Hoshizaki CR1S-FS is a single section upright refrigerator designed for commercial use, featuring a full stainless steel door and a one-piece, full-length, extruded aluminum flush mount door handle for durability and ease of use. This unit is powered by a robust 1/5 HP motor located at the top, ensuring a continuous flow of cold air through its unique air duct distribution system, which maintains a steady temperature within the cabinet. The refrigerator is constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior front and sides, making it easy to clean and resistant to damage in busy kitchen environments. It includes three epoxy-coated wire shelves that can be adjusted in 1-inch increments, and it is mounted on four 4" stem casters, two of which come with brakes for stability. The refrigerator features spring-assisted self-closing lockable doors with a stay-open feature that can be field-reversed with an optional kit. The ambient temperature range is 45°F to 100°F, with a control setpoint range of 33°F to 52°F. It is insulated with 2 3/8" CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane and utilizes R-134A refrigerant.
