UCR-Series undercounter units are versatile, compact models designed for undercounter and worktop applications for the refrigerated storage of food products, featuring a depth of 29 inches and a height of 34-1/2 inches. The cabinet construction includes heavy-duty materials, with exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is constructed from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, and an interior thermometer comes standard. Insulation is provided by 2-inch thick foamed-in-place polyurethane, with an additional 1-1/2-inch thick insulation in the sub-top. Doors are equipped with self-closing, cartridge-style hinges that allow for a 120° stay-open feature and are fitted with a snap-in-place vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. A double pull-style door handle made of black anodized aluminum enhances convenience. The unit is equipped with 6-inch high casters, two of which include brakes, and ships with an 8-foot cord set for 115-volt models. The interior is standard with two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves per section, and a manual switch-operated interior light is included in glass door models. The refrigeration system utilizes R134A refrigerant and is governed by a capillary tube system, complemented by an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator. The interior forced-air system, combined with high humidity evaporator coils, ensures optimal food preservation. Electrical units come pre-wired at the factory for connection to a dedicated 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp outlet, with an 8-foot long cord and plug set included.
