The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior front with gray painted sides, complemented by an anodized aluminum interior with coved corners. It is insulated with 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The electronic control system includes a digital display of cabinet temperatures along with status indicators and a keypad for temperature adjustments. The refrigeration system is a top mount balanced configuration with the evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity and features an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency. A unique down draft airflow system provides uniform distribution of airflow throughout the cabinet, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38° F. The self-contained refrigeration system uses R134A refrigerant, which is environmentally friendly and free from CFC and HCFC. Customers can opt for solid doors or a half-solid door configuration, with standard anti-microbial door handles and locks. Doors are field reversible, equipped with cam lift hinges, a positive seal self-closing mechanism, and a 120° stay open feature. Plug-in magnetic door gaskets are designed for easy removal without tools for cleaning. Each section includes three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves, adjustable in 1/2" increments, with four shelf clips included for field installation; four interior pan slide kits are also available. The cabinet features incandescent interior lighting for enhanced visibility.
