The cabinet construction features a stainless steel exterior front with gray painted sides, complemented by an anodized aluminum interior with coved corners. It includes 2" foamed-in-place CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. The electronic control system incorporates a digital display of cabinet temperatures, along with status indicators and a keypad for temperature adjustments. The refrigeration system is a top mount balanced design with the evaporator positioned out of the food zone to maximize capacity, featuring an automatic evaporation system for energy efficiency and a unique down draft airflow system that ensures uniform distribution of airflow throughout the cabinet, maintaining product temperatures between 36 - 38°F. The factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. The cabinet also offers the option of solid or half-solid door configurations, equipped with anti-microbial door handles and locks, field reversible doors, and cam lift hinges as standard. The positive seal self-closing door(s) have a 120° stay open feature, with plug-in magnetic door gaskets that are removable without tools for easy cleaning. Inside, it includes three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves per section, with four shelf clips included per shelf for field installation, and the shelves are adjustable in ½" increments. Additionally, four interior pan slide kits are available for field installation. The model features incandescent interior lighting.
