The UCRD Series features versatile, compact 32" depth models designed for under-counter refrigerated storage of food products, with a working height of 34 1/2". The cabinet is constructed from heavy-duty materials, including exterior stainless steel on the front, sides, door(s), and grille, while the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The interior liner is crafted from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum, with a standard interior thermometer. Doors in cabinets with doors and drawers are mounted on cartridge-style hinges that allow for self-closing and easy removal for servicing, opening to a 120° angle. Each door is equipped with a plug-in type vinyl magnetic gasket for a positive seal. The insulation material is CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane with a minimum thickness of two inches, and the unit is supported by 6" high casters, two of which include brakes. The drawer construction features heavy-duty stainless steel frames supported by heavy-duty telescoping slides, which include a locking mechanism to prevent drawers from being pulled off the cabinets. Upper pull-out drawers accommodate 6" deep pans, while lower drawers are designed for two 4" deep pans, with heavy-duty pan divider supports provided. Snap-type vinyl magnetic gaskets ensure a positive seal for each drawer, which extends 23" when opened. The refrigeration system utilizes R134A refrigerant governed by a capillary tube system, and an automatic (non-electric) condensate evaporator is included. Additionally, the unit has an interior forced-air system with high humidity evaporator coils to maintain optimal food preservation conditions. Electric units are pre-wired at the factory for a connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet, and come with an 8' long cord and plug set.
