The Ergodyne® Squids® 3119FX is a triple-locking dual carabiner with a 25 lbs capacity, designed for safety and efficiency in preventing falling objects. It includes the 19829 shock absorbing tool lanyard, which features swiveling, locking carabiners on both ends to minimize the force exerted on the anchor point during a drop by absorbing energy. The swiveling design helps prevent tangling and binding. Key features include shock absorbing properties that reduce dynamic force, durable 1680 denier polyester elastic blended webbing that extends from 38" to 70" (96cm - 178cm), and a low profile lightweight design that decreases snag hazards and added weight. The anodized aluminum alloy swiveling carabiners come with a double action locking gate and an inherent captive eye, while the ergonomic design allows for easy gripping and handling, even with gloves. High strength 3-ply nylon stitching secures the connecting ends, and the single length construction eliminates weak points commonly found in multi-component lanyards.
