The DoAll DS-320SA Structurall® semi-automatic, dual-miter band saw is engineered for cutting both vertical and angular materials in low volume piece production. It features a dual-swivel ability for miter-cutting from 60° right and 45° left, along with a variable frequency drive that allows programmable feed rates. The standard equipment includes a Mitsubishi saw control, overfeed protection, a blade-driven band brush, a 3.3 ft (1000mm) work stop directly mounted, a work height sensor, flood coolant, a tool kit, a complimentary DoAll cutting fluids package, one DoAll bi-metal saw blade, and instructional and parts manuals provided on a CD or USB data stick. The cutting capacity includes a round tube of 11.75" (300mm), a rectangle of 11.75 x 12.5" (300x320mm), and solid round materials up to 7" (180mm). Miter cutting capabilities allow for various configurations: at 45° right, it can cut rounds up to 11.75" (300mm) and rectangles up to 11.75 x 9.75" (300x250mm), while at 60° right, it can handle rounds of 7.75" (200mm) and rectangles of 7.75 x 7.75" (200x200mm). For left miter cutting at 45°, the capacity for tubes reaches 11" (280mm) and for solids, it is 4-1/4" (110mm). Nesting capacity ranges from 0.12" (3mm) to 12.5 x 6.25" (320x160mm), with a remnant length drop width of 1.2" (30mm). The band saw blade dimensions are 1 x 0.035" (27x0.9mm) in width and 144" (3660mm) in length, with a band speed adjustable from 10-240 FPM (35-70MPM). The device operates with a band drive motor designed for optimal performance.
