The hitch plate from Buyers Products is designed for use with Ford® F350, F450, F550 (1999+) as well as GMC® 3500, 4500, 5500, and RAM® 3500. This ready-to-use component features multiple pintle hook mounting positions, two forged D-rings, and a pre-punched hole compatible with most trailer electrical connectors. Its 1/2 in. thick construction includes built-in ICC bumper protection and is coated with a corrosion-resistant black powder finish. The hitch plate should be both welded and bolted to the frame for optimal security. Installation requires a consultation of the vehicle/chassis owner's manual to ensure proper fitment.
