It features a 5:1 design factor and is engineered to meet relevant U.S. standards (ASME/ANSI and CMAA), Canadian standards, and European standards. The trolley construction includes side plates made of cold formed steel, which provide strength, durability, and even load distribution. The wheel axles are 'rivet-locked' for security, ensuring they will not come loose, and the wheels are constructed from cast iron with a 'universal' tread suitable for both flat and tapered beams. The wheels operate on sealed, 'lube-for-life' ball bearings, promoting smoother rolling with reduced effort and maintenance needs. The wide hanger shaft assemblies enable the standard trolleys to fit nearly any I-beam, H-beam, or patented track beam, and extension shaft kits are available for added adaptability, allowing standard trolleys to accommodate most S-beam or patented track beams with flange adjustments ranging from 8' to 13'. The trolleys come with a black paint finish for universal coordination.
