The hand geared hook-on style trolley is designed for both manual and powered hoists, offering versatility to fit most types of beams and compatibility with all hoist brands. It features a 5:1 design factor, meeting relevant U.S. (ASME/ANSI and CMAA), Canadian, and European standards. The trolley includes side plates made of cold-formed steel for enhanced strength and durability, complemented by rail sweeps/drop stops for improved load distribution. The wheel axles are rivet-locked in place to prevent loosening, and the wheels are made from cast iron with a 'universal' tread suitable for both flat and tapered beams. These wheels operate on sealed, lube-for-life ball bearings, ensuring smoother rolling with reduced maintenance effort. The wide hanger shaft assemblies allow the standard trolleys to accommodate nearly any I-beam, H-beam, or patented track beam, with extension shaft kits readily available. The trolleys are finished in black for universal coordination, and the shaft extension kits enable compatibility with S-beams or patented track beams, offering flange adjustment from 8 to 13 inches.
