The hand geared hook-on style trolley is designed for both manual and powered hoists, offering versatility that fits most types of beams while being compatible with all hoist brands. It features a 5:1 design factor, ensuring reliable performance with either hoist type. This trolley complies with pertinent U.S. (ASME/ANSI and CMAA), Canadian, and European standards. The side plates, including the rail sweeps and drop stops, are constructed from cold-formed steel, providing strength, durability, and even load distribution. The wheel axles are secured with 'rivet-locking' to prevent loosening, and the cast iron wheels feature a 'universal' tread suitable for both flat and tapered beams. These wheels operate on sealed, 'lube-for-life' ball bearings, which enhance smooth rolling and reduce maintenance efforts. The wide hanger shaft assemblies ensure compatibility with most I-beam, H-beam, or patented track beams, and extension shaft kits are available to accommodate other configurations. The trolleys are finished in black for universal coordination, with shaft extension kits that enable standard trolleys to fit S-beam or patented track beams with flange adjustments from 8' to 13'.
