The Ingersoll Rand CLK Chain Hoist has a capacity of 250 lb. and offers a 10 ft lift, making it a robust and efficient option in their air chain hoist line. This latest CLK-Series boasts exceptional durability, holding an ASME HST-5 rating of A5 (FEM/ISO mechanism classification of 1AM/M4) and is duty-rated for 800 full-load hours between overhauls. The hoist features a rugged, lightweight, and compact design, equipped with a non-asbestos disc brake that is spring engaged with air release, ensuring quiet operation at sound levels below 75 dBA. It includes upper and lower limit stops to prevent dangerous over-travel of the hook and a full flow pendant for maximum control and enhanced load positioning. The multi-vane (6) air motor supports a 100% duty cycle, and the hoist is available in both hook or trolley mounted versions. Safety is enhanced with steel snap hooks featuring safety latches, and while the standard lift is 10 feet, additional lift options can be selected. The standard pendant length is 6 feet or can be customized to be 4 feet less than the lift.
