The Vulcan LG300-2 is a freestanding propane gas fryer designed for durability and ease of use. It features a long-lasting, easy-to-clean stainless steel fry tank and front, along with twin fry baskets that have plastic coated handles for comfort. The fryer is equipped with a millivolt system that requires no electric hook-up, and it has a 14-in. x 14-in. tank opening. Safety features include a high-limit shut off and a pilot ignition system that prevents overheating. Additionally, the fryer boasts a large cold zone area, a 1 14" full port ball type drain valve, and comes with a set of four nickel plated adjustable legs. The behind the door snap action millivolt thermostat control allows for temperature adjustments from 200° to 400°F, and it includes a built-in flue deflector.
