The Washguard SST all-stainless washdown motors are designed for demanding washdown applications, featuring a 3-phase .75/.5HP power output with 1740/1440 RPM and a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) enclosure. The motor comes with a 56 frame, rigid C construction, and operates at 208-230/460V with 3PH at 60/50Hz, delivering nameplate amps of 2.4-2.3/1.15&2/1. It is built for continuous duty with a 1.15 service factor, operates without thermal protection, and has an ambient rating of 40 C. Specifics include a shaft length of 1-7/8 inches and a shaft diameter of 5/8 inches. This motor's exterior components are made from 300 series stainless steel, including the motor frame, endshield, and conduit box castings, with no paint or coatings used. It features a moisture-resistant sealant between the frame and endbells, and a full-fact nameplate that is laser-etched on the motor frame. The design includes four T-drain locations provided on each endshield and meets IP55 enclosure protection standards. Additionally, these three-phase motors are suitable for use on Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and support a 10:1 ratio for constant or variable torque at 1.0 service factor.
