The Premium Washguard all-stainless washdown motors are designed for single-phase applications and feature a 1/2 HP power output with a speed of 1725 RPM. They come with a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) enclosure, a 56 frame C face, and operate at 115/208-230V, 1PH, 60Hz, with nameplate amps of 6.6/3.3. These motors are suitable for continuous duty with a service factor of 1.15 and do not include thermal protection, achieving an efficiency rating of 77 and classified as standard efficiency type. The units are rated for ambient temperatures up to 40 C and have selective counter-clockwise rotation. The shaft has a length of 1-7/8 inches and a diameter of 5/8 inch. They provide maximum service in critically clean or corrosive environments, with all exterior components made of stainless steel and end shields O-ring sealed to the frame. The motors feature IEEE 841 severe-duty characteristics and meet stringent pharmaceutical requirements, making them ideal for chemical-processing applications. They also qualify for IP56 enclosure protection and include the complete set of Washguard mechanical and electrical features, as well as the IRIS™ insulation system. Additionally, these motors are BISSC certified for the baking industry, ensuring compliance with industry standards and requirements.
