The Premium Washguard all-stainless washdown motors are designed for maximum service in critically clean or corrosive environments, featuring a single-phase 3/4HP motor with a speed of 1725 RPM housed in a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) enclosure. The motor has a 56 frame size, C face, and operates at voltages of 115/208-230V, with a frequency of 60Hz and nameplate amps of 7.6/3.8. It is rated for continuous duty with a 1.15 service factor and does not include thermal protection, exhibiting an efficiency of 77 and falling under standard efficiency type at an ambient temperature of 40 C. The motor supports selective CCW rotation, featuring a shaft length of 1-7/8 inches and a shaft diameter of 5/8 inches. All exterior components are composed of stainless steel, with end shields O-ring sealed to the frame, and it incorporates IEEE 841 severe-duty features as standard. This motor meets demanding pharmaceutical requirements and is excellent for chemical-processing applications, offering IP56 enclosure protection. It also includes all Washguard mechanical and electrical features and utilizes the IRIS™ insulation system, while being BISSC certified for the baking industry.
