The WashGuard White Epoxy Coated Motor is a 3-phase, 5HP motor operating at 1760 RPM and featuring a Totally-Enclosed Fan-Cooled (TEFC) enclosure with a 184 frame. It is designed for rigid applications with a voltage rating of 208-220/460V, a frequency of 60HZ, and nameplate amps of 14-13/6.5. This motor is built for continuous duty with a 1.15 service factor and does not include thermal protection. It has an efficiency rating of 87.5, classified as EPACT, and can operate in ambient temperatures of up to 40 C. Additionally, it supports reverse rotation and has a shaft length of 2-1/4 inches with a diameter of 1-1/8 inches. The motor is enhanced for performance in wet and humid areas, featuring a durable Rust-Oleum® white epoxy coating, a stainless steel shaft, a conduit box cover, a nameplate, and a fan guard, along with special gaskets, slingers, and seals. It incorporates four endshield drains, moisture-resistant interior components, and meets IP55 enclosure protection standards, making it suitable for use on Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) with a 10:1 ratio for constant or variable torque at 1.0 service factor.
