The WashGuard white epoxy motor is a single-phase motor with a power output of 1 HP and operates at 1725 RPM, featuring a totally-enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) enclosure with a 56 frame. It is designed for use with a voltage range of 115/208-230V, operates at 1 PH and 60 Hz, and has nameplate amps of 12.8/6.4. This motor is suitable for continuous duty with a service factor of 1.15 and does not include thermal protection. Its efficiency rating is 75, classified as standard, and it operates in ambient conditions up to 40 °C. The motor allows selective CCW rotation and has a shaft length of 1-7/8 inches and a shaft diameter of 5/8 inch. Enhanced performance features are designed for wet and humid environments, incorporating a durable Rust-Oleum® white epoxy coating, a stainless steel shaft, a conduit box cover, nameplate, fan guard, special gaskets, slingers, seals, and four endshield drains. Additionally, it includes moisture-resistant interior components and meets IP55 enclosure protection standards, offering a 10:1 ratio for constant or variable torque at a service factor of 1.0.
