The WashGuard brake motors feature a robust 3-phase design with a power rating of 1/2HP and a speed of 1725 RPM, housed in a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) enclosure with a 56 frame size and C face configuration. This motor operates at voltage ratings of 208-230/460V, 3PH, 60Hz, with nameplate amps ranging from 2.0-1.8/.9, and is designed for continuous duty with a service factor of 1.15. It does not include thermal protection and has an efficiency rating of 78.5, classified as standard efficiency with an ambient temperature capacity of 40 C. The shaft length is 1-7/8 inches and the shaft diameter is 5/8 inches. The motors are coated with a durable Rust-Oleum® white epoxy, featuring a stainless steel shaft, conduit box cover, nameplate, and fan guard, along with special gaskets, slingers, and seals. Additionally, they are designed with four end shield drains and moisture-resistant interior components, meeting IP55 enclosure protection standards. These motors are also suitable for use on variable frequency drives (VFDs) with a 10:1 ratio for constant or variable torque at a 1.0 service factor. The product comes with standard warranty terms.
