The Washguard brake motors are designed for reliable performance, featuring a power rating of 1/3 HP and operating speed of 1725 RPM within a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) enclosure. They come in a 56 frame size and are equipped with a rigid C design, operating at voltages of 208-230/460V, 3-phase, 60Hz, with nameplate amps ranging from 1.4-1.3/.65. These motors are built for continuous duty and offer a service factor of 1.15, while possessing an efficiency rating of 72, classified as standard efficiency. The ambient temperature rating is 40 C, with the capability for reverse rotation. Key specifications include a shaft length of 1-7/8 inches and a shaft diameter of 5/8 inches. The motors are coated with a durable Rust-Oleum® white epoxy, and include a stainless steel shaft, conduit box cover, nameplate, and fan guard. Additional features include special gaskets, slingers, and seals, as well as four endshield drains and moisture-resistant interior components. They meet IP55 enclosure protection standards, are suitable for use on variable frequency drives (VFDs), and provide a 10:1 ratio for constant or variable torque at a service factor of 1.0.
