Amt self-priming cast iron centrifugal pumps are designed for a broad range of high capacity applications, including dewatering, liquid transfer, circulation, drainage, and irrigation. The dual volute design reduces radial load on the motor, and the centerline discharge feature specifically prevents vapor binding, facilitating convenient piping connections. All models include a self-cleaning, semi-open stainless steel impeller capable of handling 3/8" diameter semi-solids, as well as built-in check valves that allow for fast priming. The pumps are constructed from cast iron and are equipped with a carbon/ceramic seal with Buna-N elastomers, a Buna-N check valve, and O-ring. They feature 3" NPT suction and discharge ports, can handle maximum solids up to 3/8", operate at a maximum temperature of 180°F, achieve a maximum head height of 110 ft., and are self-priming up to 20 ft.
