Amt Heavy Duty Solids Handling End Suction Centrifugal Pumps are designed for liquid and chemical transfer, heating and cooling, recirculation, booster service, dirty water, and various industrial applications. The pumps feature a semi-open impeller with a self-cleaning ability, making them effective for handling up to 1/4" diameter solids and managing muddy or dirty liquids, as well as clean, clear fluids. The discharge position can be adjusted in 90-degree increments, and there are vent and drain plugs available for all positions. The pumps are equipped with a Type 21 mechanical seal and an O-ring casing seal. Please note that these pumps are not self-priming and require flooded suction or positive suction pressure. Key features include a cast iron construction, a self-cleaning stainless steel impeller, and a carbon/ceramic seal with Buna-N elastomers and O-ring. The discharge can rotate in 90-degree increments, with front drain plugs located 90 degrees apart, and they can handle a maximum temperature of 180 F.
