The Premium Washguard all-stainless washdown motor is designed for single-phase applications, featuring a 1/3 HP output with a speed of 1725 RPM and a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) enclosure. It has a 56H frame, operates at 115/208-230V, 1PH, 60Hz, with nameplate amps of 5.4/2.7 and is suitable for continuous duty with a service factor of 1.15. The motor does not include thermal protection and has a standard efficiency of 72, efficient in ambient temperatures up to 40 C, with selective CCW rotation. The shaft measures 1-7/8" in length and has a diameter of 5/8". Engineered for maximum service in critically clean or corrosive environments, all exterior components are made of stainless steel, with end shields O-ring sealed to the frame. It features IEEE 841 severe-duty standards, meets stringent pharmaceutical requirements, and is ideal for chemical-processing applications. Additionally, it complies with IP56 enclosure protection, incorporates all Washguard mechanical and electrical features, utilizes the IRIS™ insulation system, and is BISSC certified for the baking industry.
