AMT Heavy Duty Solids Handling End Suction Centrifugal Pumps are designed for various industrial applications including liquid and chemical transfer, heating and cooling, recirculation, booster service, and handling dirty water. The pumps feature a semi-open self-cleaning stainless steel impeller that can manage up to 1/4" diameter solids and muddy or dirty liquids, along with clear fluids. The discharge position can be adjusted in 90-degree increments and includes vent and drain plugs for all positions. It is equipped with a Type 21 mechanical seal and O-ring casing seal. The pumps are not self-priming and require flooded suction or positive suction pressure. Key features include cast iron construction, carbon/ceramic seal with Buna-N elastomers, front drain plugs located 90 degrees apart, and a maximum temperature rating of 180 °F.
