Washguard brake motors are 3-phase, with a power output of 3/4HP and a speed of 1725 RPM. They feature a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) enclosure with a 56 frame size, rigid C, operating at 208-230/460V, 3PH, 60Hz. The nameplate amps range from 2.7-2.5/1.25, designed for continuous duty with a 1.15 service factor. The motors have an efficiency rating of 80, classified as standard efficiency, and are rated for ambient temperatures up to 40 C. They allow for reverse rotation and have a shaft length of 1-7/8 inches and a shaft diameter of 5/8 inches. Additional features include a durable Rust-Oleum® white epoxy coating, stainless steel components such as the shaft, conduit box cover, nameplate, and fan guard, along with special gaskets, slingers, and seals. The motors also have four endshield drains, moisture-resistant interior components, and meet IP55 enclosure protection standards, ensuring suitability for use with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and providing a 10:1 ratio for constant or variable torque at 1.0 service factor.
