The Premium Washguard all-stainless washdown motors are designed for maximum service in critically clean or corrosive environments, featuring a single-phase, 1/2HP motor with a speed of 1725 RPM, housed in a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) enclosure with a 56H frame. The motor operates on 115/208-230V, 1PH, 60Hz, with nameplate amps rated at 6.6/3.3 and is suitable for continuous duty with a 1.15 service factor. It has no thermal protection and a standard efficiency of 77, with an ambient temperature rating of 40 C. The washdown motor supports selective CCW rotation, with a shaft length of 1-7/8 inches and a shaft diameter of 5/8 inch. All exterior components are constructed of stainless steel, and the end shields are O-ring sealed to the frame. The motor incorporates IEEE 841 severe-duty features and meets stringent pharmaceutical requirements, making it excellent for chemical-processing applications. It complies with IP56 enclosure protection and incorporates all Washguard mechanical and electrical features, including the IRIS™ insulation system, and is BISSC certified for the baking industry.
