Amt Heavy Duty Solids Handling End Suction Centrifugal Pumps are designed for various industrial applications including liquid and chemical transfer, heating and cooling, recirculation, booster service, and handling dirty water. These pumps feature a durable stainless steel construction that resists rust and corrosion, making them ideal for challenging environments. The semi-open impeller provides a self-cleaning capability, allowing the unit to handle liquids containing up to 1/4" diameter solids as well as clean, clear fluids. The discharge can be adjusted in 90-degree increments, and the pump is equipped with vent and drain plugs for convenience in all positions. It utilizes a Type 21 mechanical seal and an O-ring casing seal. These pumps are not self-priming and require a flooded suction or positive suction pressure. The maximum operating temperature is 200°F.
