The Washguard II motor comes with a stainless steel frame featuring a robust design suitable for severe environments. It has a power output of 2HP, operates at 1740 RPM, and is housed in a totally-enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) enclosure with a 145 frame. The motor is designed for three-phase operation at voltage ratings of 208-220/460V and frequency of 60Hz, with nameplate amps of 6-5.6/2.8 and 5.2/2.6. It is rated for continuous duty with a service factor of 1.15 and does not include thermal protection, providing an efficiency of 84% with an EPACT efficiency type. The motor can operate in ambient temperatures up to 40 C and features reverse rotation capability, with a shaft diameter of 7/8 inch. Additional attributes include a paint-free exterior stainless frame and conduit box lid, specially processed end shields and conduit box housing, an etched stainless steel nameplate, and proven Washguard mechanical and electrical features. The motor is BISSC certified for the baking industry and complies with IP55 enclosure protection standards, making it suitable for use with variable frequency drives (VFDs).
