The Washguard SST all-stainless washdown motors are designed for demanding washdown applications, featuring a single-phase .75 HP motor that operates at 1800 RPM within a totally-enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) enclosure. The motor has a 56 frame and is rigid C, operating on 115-208/230V and 60Hz with nameplate amps of 9.8/4.9 and a 1.15 service factor. With an efficiency rating of 72 and standard efficiency type, the motor is suitable for ambient temperatures up to 40 C and allows for selective CCW rotation with a shaft length of 1-7/8". Engineered for robust performance, all external components are constructed from 300 series stainless steel, including the motor frame, endshield, and conduit box castings. The design incorporates a moisture-resistant sealant between the frame and endbells and features a full-fact laser-etched nameplate on the motor frame, ensuring durability in harsh environments such as food processing, chemical processing, and beverage industries. The motor has no paint or coatings applied to its exterior, includes four locations for T-drains on each endshield, meets IP55 enclosure protection, and provides a 10:1 ratio for constant or variable torque at 1.0 service factor.
