The WashGuard SST all-stainless washdown motors are designed for demanding washdown applications, featuring a single-phase 1HP motor with a speed of 1800 RPM and a totally-enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) enclosure. The motor has a 56 frame, operates on a voltage range of 115-208/230V, and is rated for 1PH at 60Hz with name plate amps of 13.6/6.8. It has a service factor of 1.15, standard efficiency rated at 69, and operates effectively in ambient temperatures up to 40 C. The motor accommodates selective CCW rotation with a shaft length of 1-7/8". Constructed with all exterior components made of 300 series stainless steel—including the motor frame, endshield, and conduit box castings—the motor is equipped with a moisture-resistant sealant between the frame and endbells. The full-fact nameplate is laser-etched onto the motor frame, ensuring durability without the use of paint or coatings. Additionally, it includes four T-drain locations on each endshield and meets IP55 enclosure protection standards, providing a 10:1 ratio for constant or variable torque at a service factor of 1.0.
