The Washguard White Epoxy Motor is a single-phase motor boasting a power of 1.5 HP and a speed of 3450 RPM, designed with a totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) enclosure in a 56 frame and rigid C configuration. It operates at voltage ratings of 115/208-230V, 1PH, 60Hz, with nameplate amps of 17/8.5, ensuring continuous duty performance with a service factor of 1.15. This motor does not include thermal protection and achieves an efficiency rating of 72, classified as standard, with a maximum ambient temperature of 40 C. It features selective counterclockwise rotation and has a shaft length of 1-7/8 inches with a diameter of 5/8 inches. Engineered for enhanced performance in wet and humid environments, the motor incorporates a durable Rust-Oleum® white epoxy coating, stainless steel components including the shaft, conduit box cover, nameplate, and fan guard, along with special gaskets, slingers, and seals. It is equipped with four endshield drains, moisture-resistant interior components, and meets IP55 enclosure protection standards. The motor also offers a 10:1 ratio for constant or variable torque at a service factor of 1.0.
