The Washguard White Epoxy Coated Motor is a 3-phase, totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) motor with a power rating of 1/2 HP and a speed of 1725 RPM. It features a 56 frame with a rigid C design, operating at 208-230/460V, 3PH, 60Hz, and has nameplate amps ranging from 2.0 to 1.8/.9. This motor is designed for continuous duty with a service factor of 1.15 and does not include thermal protection. Its efficiency rating is 78.5, categorized as standard efficiency, with an ambient temperature limit of 40°C and the ability for reverse rotation. The shaft measures 1-7/8 inches in length and has a diameter of 5/8 inches. Enhanced performance in wet and humid areas is ensured through a durable Rust-Oleum® white epoxy coating, and it includes a stainless steel shaft, conduit box cover, nameplate, and fan guard, complemented by special gaskets, slingers, and seals. This motor is also equipped with four endshield drains and moisture-resistant interior components. It meets IP55 enclosure protection standards and is suitable for use on Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) with a 10:1 ratio for constant or variable torque at a service factor of 1.0.
