The Premium Washguard all-stainless washdown motors are single-phase, 3/4HP with a speed of 1725 RPM, housed in a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) enclosure with a 56H frame. They operate at 115/208-230V, 1PH, 60Hz, with nameplate amps of 7.6/3.8, designed for continuous duty with a service factor of 1.15 and an efficiency rating of 77%, categorized under standard efficiency type for ambient temperatures up to 40°C. The motors feature selective CCW rotation, a shaft length of 1-7/8 inches, and a shaft diameter of 5/8 inches. Suitable for critically clean or corrosive environments, these motors include all exterior components made of stainless steel, with endshields that are O-ring sealed to the frame. They come equipped with IEEE 841 severe-duty features and meet demanding pharmaceutical requirements, making them excellent for chemical-processing applications. The motors boast IP56 enclosure protection, incorporate all Washguard mechanical and electrical features, utilize the IRIS™ insulation system, and are BISSC certified for the baking industry.
