The Premium WashGuard all-stainless washdown motor is designed for exceptional performance in critically clean or corrosive environments, featuring a single-phase 1HP motor operating at 1725 RPM with a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) enclosure and a 56H frame. The motor operates on a voltage of 115/208-230V at a frequency of 60Hz, with nameplate amps of 9/4.5, a continuous duty cycle, and a service factor of 1.15, while providing an efficiency of 82.5 and standard efficiency type ratings in ambient temperatures up to 40°C. It allows for selective counterclockwise rotation and has a shaft length of 1-7/8 inches and a shaft diameter of 5/8 inches. The motor incorporates all WashGuard mechanical and electrical features with maximum service capabilities, as all exterior components are made of stainless steel, while the end shields are O-ring sealed to the frame. It includes IEEE 841 severe-duty features as standard, meets demanding pharmaceutical requirements, and is also suitable for chemical-processing applications. The motor is protected by an IP56 enclosure and features the IRIS™ insulation system, while being BISSC certified for the baking industry.
